Corrections and removal requests are handled first. We would rather be told we're wrong than stay wrong.
If a detail about your company is wrong, send the correction with a link to the page on your own website that shows the right information. That is all we need - your own site is our source of record, and it is where every value in your listing came from in the first place.
If you would rather not be listed at all, say so and we'll remove you. You don't need to give a reason and we won't ask for anything in return.
If you think your ranking is wrong, the weights are published. The most common cause is a missing founding year - 111 of the 333 companies listed have none that we could find, and tenure is the heaviest input.
We can't recommend a specific contractor or advise on your particular foundation. We are not engineers, and we have never seen your house. What we can do is fix anything on these pages that is inaccurate or unclear.
If you had a materially different experience with a company listed here, we want to know. It won't change a ranking on its own - one report is an anecdote - but repeated reports prompt us to re-check a listing.

Corrections are usually applied within a few days. Everything else, when we get to it.
Foundation Select is not a contractor, an engineer, a broker or an inspection service. We don't perform, supervise, warrant or arrange foundation work, and we have no ownership or financial relationship with any company listed on this site.
Quote requests submitted through the form on a city page go to Networx, a third-party matching service, and we may be paid a referral fee for that introduction. The methodology page explains exactly how that works.
